We:Fleet

We: Fleet is an application concept developed in cooperation with HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim as part of a course project with nine participants. The project explored a new concept for the digital after-sales services of Volkswagen.

The design process consisted of three main phases: research, ideation, and concept definition. The outcome of the project was the concept of “Volkswagen Fleet,” a potential subsidiary that introduces new possibilities within the broader mobility ecosystem.

The fleet operator model enables companies, property owners, and local authorities to access customized vehicle fleets tailored to their specific needs. The vehicles are fully insured and meet the latest technological and safety standards.

By defining personas and developing user scenarios, the team was able to refine the concept and build a coherent user story. The fleet system is designed not only for car-sharing and mobility services, but also to create added value for multiple stakeholder groups, including businesses, residents, and municipalities.
